Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience possible. Because we are a small business, we cannot accept general returns. We only offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective.
Eligibility
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@tocatocatoca.com.
To process your request, we require:
- a photo of the damaged or defective product, and
- your order number.
We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, scent, or texture, and we cannot accept used items.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we can either:
- issue a refund to your original payment method, or
- send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Replacements / Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, just let us know when you contact us.
Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and it arrived damaged, we can issue a replacement to you directly.
If the purchaser prefers a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged.
